Ugandan Sweetcorn Cobs (Kasodi) in Peanut and Coconut Sauce

I found an interesting recipe yesterday via my nifty news aggregator thingy. It’s yet another offering from Sanjana, and this one caught my eye despite the fact I don’t usually like chunks of corncob in a dish (you have to get messy eating it). But since it has no dairy, and no garlic, nor onions, I thought it would appeal to many of you, dear readers.
