Saffron Cardamom Peach Conserve

I returned from my teaching weekend late last night. The rain drizzles down outside. I haven’t even unpacked. Time for a comfort-food breakfast.

Saffron Cardamom Peach Conserve:

My homemade wheat-rye-oat-linseed sourdough toast spread with a homemade cream cheese (fresh panir beaten with a little salt and sour cream) and topped with Sabjimata’s Saffron Cardamom Peach Conserve. Heaven!
