|I’m fully absorbed in a very successful three-day cookery teaching marathon right now, being held in the fabulous kitchens of the The International Hotel School, Sandton Campus, Johannesburg. Fifty-five enthusiastic students are participating, and it’s taking all my energy to run the event, what to speak of report on it.
Here’s some of our class tucking in to some serious lunch – 12 dishes especially prepared for the grain-free Ekadasi day.
