Winter/Spring Semester Opens

While it’s Summer here in London, it’s Winter in Perth. And so, just today, I opened up enrolments for my August-September cookery classes in Perth by sending out this letter to 1000 people on my mailing list.

Hello from sunny England! I am in London teaching at present, returning home to Perth soon.

Bookings are NOW OPEN for the Late Winter/Spring 2005 sessions of cooking classes in my Perth kitchen.

As usual, the classes promise to be fun, friendly and educational, the food is plentiful and seriously delicious. Book now to avoid disappointment.
