“North of the Border, Up Mooloolaba Way…”

Crossed the border into Queensland to conduct the last class of my cookery teaching tour. We arrived at beautiful Mooloolaba beach at 7.00 am and took a break from the 3 hour drive.

Even with off-shore winds blowing in, it was already hot, and the early-morning fresh salty ambience was enlivening.

Sandra and Steve have hosted me twice already at their lovely home on the banks of the river that meanders through the suburb of Minyama on Australia’s Sunshine Coast.

It was another relaxing day, and my finely-honed team of 16 completed the nine-course feast in 3 hours.

Mark Stirring:

A delightful lunch completed my tour.
