The last class of my teaching semester here in Perth went off with a bang! Here’s what we cooked:

Melange of Seasonal Vegetables, Mung Beans & Basmati Rice (Khichari)
Griddle-Baked Bread (Chapati)
Roasted Cauliflower & Stir-fried Snow Peas with Cashews
Creamed Spinach with Fresh Curd Cheese (Palak Panir)
Malaysian Spicy Curry Puffs
Hot and Sweet Tomato Chutney
Daikon Radish Salad
Crisp-fried Wonton Wrappers with Fresh Berries & Cream

The Curry Puffs were a highlight of the day.
