|You can sip this tea for the taste, but it is also wonderfully healing for sore throats, upper respiratory troubles, and tummy bugs.
1 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (1 teaspoon fresh)
Place thyme in cup and cover with boiling water. Cover and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and serve, with honey and/or lemon, if you like.
Makes one serving.
